Neglected, I know - but to those who may actually check this site I am actually posting an update! Lots happening, here's a rundown:

November Elections - two board positions are up for election, please consider running.

Christmas Party - is happening December 1st at the River Rail in Shiocton. Please reserve your spot by the November meeting, or contact Chuck Lukas ASAP to order Tickets.

Also - coming in February we are planning to have our Ski-Plane flyin again, so get those chili pots out of the cupboard!

May/June meetings

In May, we will be visiting Ace Campbell's workshop to see what he's been up to, including his aircraft project and an electric car project! His house is at:

N972 US 45

Basically take Hwy 96 to 45 and turn north. It will be immediately on the right side.

In June, we welcome Erin Schoenrock to speak on things aviation. Erin is attending the University of North Dakota and holds several ratings, including commercial, CFI, and even unmanned aircraft. It should be interesting indeed!

March meeting at Bill Roerig's hangar. Details in the calendar and in the newsletter. Drawing for free membership moved to April meeting - you must have paid your dues and be present to be eligible to win.

Late Winter/Early Spring Events

Coming up - February 15 is our regular meeting. There will be a drawing for a free membership for those who have already submitted their dues for 2010, so pay your dues!

February 20th is the Wheels/Skis fly in, so please plan to attend. Chili Recipe is posted in the newsletter.

Our March regular meeting will be to visit with Bill Roerig's Falco project. Details to come!

Elections! Christmas Party! Ski Plane Fly-in!

We have lots of activity happening in the next couple months. This coming Monday we have our regular meeting, during which we will be holding elections for several key posts, including president and vice president. Please be sure to attend. Nominations will be accepted from the floor as well, so if you're still thinking about wanting to become an officer, you still have a chance.

Also, coming up quickly is the Christmas party. You must get your tickets at the November meeting if you haven't already. Tickets are $35.oo a couple and $17.50 for individuals.

On the 20th of February we will be having our annual Ski Plane Fly-In. Members will be asked to make small batches of chili for our hungry aviators coming for the event. Details and recipe will be published in the newsletter.

Oshkosh tower tours are not being given. We will instead meet at Robert Harvey's hangar to see his RV10. He lives at 159 S.Lake St. Hortonville, WI 54944. S.Lake st is just off of Hwy 15 just south of the Quik Trip.
Remember the ski fly in Feb. 28 at Poppy's. Those that signed up for food, we want to start serving at 10. Thanks.
